Air Compressor Maintenance Guide

Important Notice

Before performing maintenance, ensure to:

1. Disconnect the power supply.

2. Open the drain valve of the air tank to release all compressed air.

3. Check the pressure gauge on the oil/gas tank to confirm zero pressure.

4. Allow the machine to cool for at least 30 minutes after shutdown to avoid burns.

5. Verify no electricity and no pressure before proceeding with maintenance.

1. Replace air filter

How to Replace the Air Filter

Length of first maintenance: 500 hours, subsequent maintenance: 2000 hours 

Air Filter Model number:

Step1, counterclockwise twist the lid open

Step2, take out the old filter and put the new one in

Step3, Place the cover in the position indicated in the picture above and turn it clockwise to the end

How to Replace the Oil Filter

Length of first maintenance: 500 hours, subsequent maintenance: 2000 hours

Step1, preparation of disassembling tools: belt strap filter wrench on theleft, chain filter wrench on the right.

Step2, hold the oil filter with the wrench, pull the belt with your right hand and tighten it, hold the handle with your left hand so that the pivot point pushes against the belt and exerts force to the left, rotate the oil filter until it loosens and then rotate it in a clockwise direction with your hand to remove the oil filterNote: Please place an empty oil container underneath the oil filter to prevent the oil from overflowing and falling to other places.

Step3, fill the new oil filter with fresh oil

Step4, slowly align the new oil filter with the teeth and turn it counterclockwise to the end. Wrap a wrench around the oil filter, pull the belt with your left hand and tighten it, hold the handle with your right hand so that the pivot point pushes against the belt to the right and holds the filter in place

How to Replace the Oil Separator

Maintenance time is 2000 hours

Step1, Remove the fixing bolts in turn, memorizing the orientation of the cover.

Step2, Open the oil/air cover, remove the old oil filter and clean the top cover and mouth of the canister of any impurities.

Step3, Put in the new oil filter, put it in place and grease the surface.

Step4, Re-attach the bolts and tubes.

How to Replace the Oil

Maintenance time is 4000 hours 

Air Filter Model number:

Step1, Place the oil catch box under the ball valve, then open the ball valve, drain the oil and close the ball valve

Step2, Open the oil cap by turning it counterclockwise with an adjustable wrench

Step3, Add new oil into it.

Step4, Observe the oil level in the oil mirror to reach the high liquid level, tighten the oil cap clockwise.

How to Replace the Precision Filter Element

Maintenance time is 8000 hours

 Air Filter Model number:

Step1, Open the filter housing by turning it clockwise while holding it by hand.

Step2, Remove the old filter element by turning it clockwise and insert the new filter element by twisting it counterclockwise

Step3, Turn the filter housing counterclockwise as long as the bumps are pressed against it
