一、企业文化规范要求
I. Corporate Culture Standards
一致性Consistency:统一使用Kapa企业形象展示,遵守代理商政策。
Consistent use of the Kapa corporate identity is required, in full compliance with the agent policies.
区域性Regionality:代理商在约定区域内,独家代理Kapa的约定机型和Kapa商标使用。
Agents shall have exclusive agency rights for the specified Kapa models and trademark usage within the agreed territory.
持续性Continuity:区域独家代理,需根据年度约定业绩指标品牌形象推广力度,代理商政策遵守等方面考核,每年进行一次奖励。
Regional exclusive agency rights are subject to annual evaluations based on agreed performance targets, brand promotion efforts, and compliance with agent policies, with rewards granted annually.

技术培训Technical training:KAPA 将为经销商服务团队提供持续的技术培训,方案赚写技术资料支持,确保他们能够提供一流的维护和维修服务。
KAPA will provide ongoing technical training and comprehensive technical documentation support to dealer service teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver first-class maintenance and repair services.
库存管理Inventory management:Kapa提供合理的整机和配件库存,通过软件管理每月中旬与各代理商一起预估下月的销售情况,并对中国工厂和全球各代理商仓库进行精准库存,降低资金风险,提高资金流转率。
KAPA maintains optimized inventory levels of complete units and spare parts, utilizing software tools to collaborate with dealers mid-month to forecast next month’s sales. This facilitates precise inventory management across factories in China and global dealer warehouses, minimizing financial risk and enhancing cash flow efficiency.
售后支持After-sales support:Kapa售后部门将对代理商售后团队持续提供技术培训,确保每一位售后人员都能独立工作,并提供文件、图纸、视频等、标准技术文档和特定技术的文档制作。
KAPA after-sales team will continuously provide technical training to distributor after-sales teams to ensure every technician can work independently. In addition, it will supply standardized technical documentation and specialized materials, including documents, drawings, and videos.
保修和服务合同Warranty and service contracts:经销商可以选择提供由 KAPA 支持的延长保修和服务合同,从而增强最终客户的价值主张。
Agents have the option to offer extended warranties and service contracts supported by KAPA, thereby enhancing the value proposition to end customers.

III. Kapa Marketing Support
线上营销支持Online marketing support:将协助代理商构建网站,并指导网站推广,以及各国和全球的电商平台注册并运营。助使各代理商应用网络优势推广公司和产品。
KAPA will assist agents in the development of official websites, provide guidance on digital promotion strategies, and support registration and operations on both local and global e-commerce platforms. This will enable agents to effectively leverage digital channels to promote the company and its products.

在线营销品牌推广Online marketing brand promotion:包括搜索引擎优化 (SEO)、社交媒体和按点击付费广告,以增加经销商网站的流量。这将提升经销商的在线形象,并带来更多潜在客户。
This includes search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to drive traffic to dealer websites. These efforts will strengthen the dealers’ online presence and generate more qualified leads.
潜在客户交接Potential customer handover:KAPA 将收集通过网站、在线营销活动和全球咨询产生的本地需求,并将其交接给相应的经销商。这确保经销商能够专注于完成销售并提供本地化的客户支持。
KAPA will consolidate local inquiries generated through websites, online marketing activities, and global consultations, and forward them to the corresponding dealers. This allows dealers to focus on converting leads and delivering localized customer support.
当地营销活动Local marketing activities:  KAPA 将根据特定区域市场的特点,结合文化差异、购买行为和竞争格局,制定本地化营销活动。经销商将获得活动执行方面的支持。
KAPA will design localized marketing campaigns tailored to the characteristics of specific regional markets, taking into account cultural differences, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics. Dealers will be supported throughout the execution of these campaigns.
线下营销支持Offline marketing support:对各代理商的销售人员进行售前培训,提供完整的销售技巧,机器卖点,机器技术差异和机器特殊应用场合与竞争对手分析等培训。并提供文档、图片、视频等。
Pre-sales training will be provided to the sales personnel of all agents, covering comprehensive topics such as sales techniques, product value propositions, technical differentiators, special application scenarios, and competitor analysis. Supporting materials, including documentation, images, and videos, will be made available.

目标业绩奖金Target Performance Bonus:代理商根据约定的季度和年度目标获得不同等级的业绩奖励。
Agents receive performance bonuses of varying levels based on agreed quarterly and annual targets.
超额业绩奖金Excess Performance Bonus:代理商超出约定的季度和年度目标或者进入空白区域市场并获得成就,将会获得超额业绩奖金。
Agents who exceed agreed quarterly and annual targets or enter blank market areas and achieve results will receive excess performance bonuses.
销售业绩增长激励Sales Performance Growth Incentive:KAPA 将为扩大市场份额或成功进入其区域内新市场的经销商提供增长激励。这些激励措施可能包括额外的营销资金、降低产品成本或其他财务激励。
KAPA will offer growth incentives to distributors who expand market share or successfully penetrate new markets within their designated territories. These incentives may include additional marketing funds, reduced product pricing, or other forms of financial support.
表彰计划Recognition Programme: 表现优异的经销商将通过 KAPA 的全球经销商奖励计划获得表彰,奖励包括国际旅行、特别表彰活动和独家商业机会。
Top-performing distributors will be recognized through KAPA’s Global Dealer Reward Program, with rewards such as international travel opportunities, special recognition events, and access to exclusive business opportunities.

可持续发展计划Sustainable Development Programme:根据全球代理商反馈的市场信息和要求,持续改进产品质量和成本,使其更具竞争力。根据全球代理商的反馈意见,开发独特的产品,是该产品有不可替代性和唯一性。
Continuously refine product quality and cost competitiveness based on market insights and requirements provided by global agents. Develop distinctive products based on agent feedback to ensure uniqueness and irreplaceability in the market.
六、长期发展
VI. Long-Term Development
合作期限Cooperation Term:代理商协议每五年签订一次,确保双方有足够的发展空间和足够的投资回报。后期续约将参考业绩目标与双方的意愿再次签订。
Agent agreement is entered into on a five-year basis to ensure sufficient room for growth and return on investment for both parties. Renewal of the agreement will be subject to performance evaluations and mutual consent.
